A good seating chart is a fabulous idea! We ensure that the correct number of tables and chairs are set up in the venue and verify the location of the seating chart for guest arrival. 

We not only help you on the "Day of" your wedding, but we are here to be your LIFE SAVER by helping you coordinate your ceremony rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.  We also keep everyone on track so you don't get overwhelmed before your special day. We know when family and friends get together they tend to want to start the party, but their is still work to do! We will be there to see it through, so you can take in the moment.
